I love this toy. It's quiet, and the one touch feature is really practical. The only problem I've had with it is that my pubic hair gets caught in the base of the head sometimes, so I have to be careful.

I bought the midnight body wand about 18 months ago. And I just bought another. The quality decline is remarkable. The older one is much quieter, had a much better on off button and the power dial is much more solid/accurate. Is addition, the power cord is much heavier grade and comes with molded plug. Why did you degrade the quality of construction so incredibly? I wouldn't buy another unless you go back to the prior much higher quality of construction.
